Refund Policy

We want every member to feel confident trying Scalping-Algo. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what is considered final sale.
1. Monthly Plans — 7-Day Refund Window
All monthly subscriptions across every Scalping-Algo product (indicators, signals, community access) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first monthly payment only — not to subsequent renewals.
- Refund requests must be received within 7 calendar days of the original charge.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Access to the Services is revoked once the refund is processed.
2. Yearly and Lifetime Plans — Final Sale
Due to the discounted pricing and the immediate, irrevocable delivery of digital tools and community access, all yearly and lifetime plans are final sale and non-refundable. Please make sure these plans are right for you — we recommend trying a monthly plan first if you are new to Scalping-Algo.
3. Renewals
Recurring renewal charges (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account portal to prevent the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@scalping-algo.com from the email address used at checkout with:
- Your order number or the date of purchase.
- The product or plan you purchased.
- A brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window for monthly plans.
- Yearly or lifetime purchases (final sale, see Section 2).
- Violations of our Terms of Service — including sharing accounts, redistributing indicators, or abusive behavior in the community.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, EU/UK consumer protection laws). Where such rights apply, they will be honored in addition to this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Purchases made before a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
